Confined Space - Module 3
(Prequisite – Module 1)
Participants will review the basic operational principle of Self-Containing Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) and Supplied Air Respirators (SAR) and cartridge respirators. Learn the proper sequences for donning and doffing as well as proper mask fitting to ensure correct seal. Potential problems that may arise while wearing respiratory protection and the remedial actions necessary for safe usage will also be covered.
